Your account

We use your email address and account identifier to create your account, sign you in, manage access, and send verification, password-reset and service emails. Supabase manages authentication and stores account information. If you sign up with a password, Supabase handles that password.

Google sign-in provides your email address and basic profile information, such as your name and profile image, which Supabase stores with your account. We use this information to sign you in and identify your account. We request basic sign-in permissions, not access to Gmail or Google Drive.

Payments

Stripe processes Pro payments and payment details. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status and billing-event records to manage your subscription and Pro access.

Search and AI connections

Website search runs in your browser. Reference searches made through our API or MCP use OpenAI to find matches: the search query and candidate deck or slide metadata are sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not include your Google profile in reference-search requests.

AI tools you choose to connect can search and read gallery references using your authorized connection. Supabase stores OAuth grants; we store hashed API keys and connection records to check access and let you revoke it. The tools you connect also process information under their own privacy policies.

Service providers and browser storage

We use Supabase for authentication and account data, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Resend for service emails, and Cloudflare for reference images and support-email forwarding. These providers process information needed to provide those services. Google handles Google sign-in; OpenAI processes reference-search requests as described above.

Service cookies keep you signed in and complete Google sign-in. Browser session storage remembers whether the introduction has played. Requests also include technical information, such as IP addresses and request headers, used to deliver and protect the service.

Your information

Account, connection and subscription records are retained to operate your account and handle payment or security issues. You can revoke AI connections in your account. To request access, correction or deletion of your account information, email hello@slide.gallery. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security or legal requirements.
